The artist Sabine Kehoe is the owner and operator of this website. Her studio is in Toowoomba in south-east Queensland of Australia. She wants you to be happy with the experience of using this website and apologizes for any mistakes that she may have accidentally made. After all, she is an artist and not a Web - Whizz. 

 

Purpose of this website:

This website was made mainly to give customers and Art appreciators the opportunity to view her artwork and get more information about each individual artwork off her. 

 

Please note, even though Sabine gives her utmost to keep the website up-to-date, there is no full guarantee! Some of her available art may have been sold since the last update of her website or it may be temporarily at a current Art exhibition. In that case, you can purchase the painting after the exhibition terms have been fulfilled. The best way to know if a painting is available for immediate sale is to contact Sabine directly via the contact form on our website  and enquire about the painting in question.

If it happens that the painting isn’t available for sale, anymore, you can commission her to paint a similar painting.

Sabine advises you to read them carefully before you intend to make a purchase, enquire about the availability of a painting or request a commission of artwork painted by her.

Sabin Kehoe reserves the right at its absolute discretion to change or modify, these terms and conditions in part or fully at any time, effectively straight away when published.

Definition of terms:

Artist: Artist means the person who painted or created the original artwork, and therefore has the right to sell, reproduce or print or copy it. The artist has the copyright of each individual original painting.

 

Buyer or purchaser:

A buyer or purchaser is defined as the person who is buying the artwork or another object on this website, or after communicating with the artist per email.

 

User:

A user is defined as a person that visits and/or browses this website for any purpose.

 

Content:

The content is defined as anything like text images, photos, paintings, drawings, profiles or even links, in short, anything that is posted on this website.

 

Artwork:

Artwork means the original fine art piece made by Sabine Kehoe and may or may not be available for sale on this website.

 

Original artwork:

Is defined as the original art piece, and means that it is not a reproduction or copy of an art piece.  An original artwork will not be a printed or electronically altered version of another piece.

 

Copyright:

Copyright protects the original expression of an idea, the original Painting of the Artist. It is free and automatically safeguards. The original works of art from copying and certain other uses for more information refer to the Copyright Act 1968 of the Australian government.

 

Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions govern the use of this Website, operated by Sabine Kehoe and her trusted staff.

By using this website, making an order or enquiring about a product, may it be placed by telephone, email, or website you are agreeing to Sabine Kehoe’s Terms and Conditions.

 

Sabine gives her utmost to keep the website up-to-date, but does not give any guarantee of its accuracy and she won’t be responsible for any errors or oversights contained. Sabine gives no guarantee of accuracy of any information published on the website including content of any third party and links.

 

Process of purchase

Contact us to ensure the item that you are after is available for purchase.

Once availability is confirmed by us, you will need to pay for the product/ artwork.

We will discuss the best option with you.

 

Currency:

All products/artwork must be paid in full in Australian dollars.

No other currency or cryptocurrency is excepted!

 

Payments:

All payments must be made in full and received by us or Sabine Kehoe before the Painting will be dispatched. Direct deposit, PayPal or cash can be arranged for payment. Please contact us for more details.

Dispatching of the painting will be done as soon and only if the money has been received by us.

 

Postage and Packing

We preferer personal pick-up from our studio. However, if you need your purchase/ artwork packed, shipped and insured, this can be arranged at your cost.

Please communicate with us to arrange postage and packing individually.

 

Refund Policy

Sabine hopes that you will be happy with her products. Please make sure that you select your artwork carefully before buying.

If the artwork reached you in a damaged condition, please do not sign the delivery form and contact us immediately. Email: sck.-@hotmail.com

 

If for any reason you are not happy with the product, you can only return the bought product under the following conditions.

  • All shipping and packing costs to and from will be the responsibility of the buyer.
  • An email needs to be sent (and received by Sabine Kehoe) within 7 days of the buyer receiving the purchased product/Artwork. The Email must state the reason and which product will be returned and how.
  • The product needs to be returned undamaged in the original packaging.
  • It needs to be shipped by certified and trackable mail using a liable courier service. The exact return Address will be given to you in the return email.
  • The artwork or product needs to be returned to Sabine Kehoe within 30 days after the buyer received it.
  • All costs of packaging, transport and insurance will be paid in full by you, the purchaser.
  • The transaction may attract a reasonable admin fee depending on how much time is needed (at up to $120/hour) This amount will also be the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Once we received the undamaged original product/artwork, the money minus any outstanding amounts, will be transferred back into the purchaser's account within 30 days of receiving the original product/artwork.

All content published on this website, like images, audio, video and text are copyrighted to Sabine Kehoe and may not be reproduced, copied or forwarded without former written permission by Sabine Kehoe. However, you can share the website by sharing its website link with others.
